1. Order Process

Please follow the steps below as our suggestion for your orders

1. Search for your products at our website
2. Select your final one and send its name with detailed description (texture, length, color, etc) to our Hotline +84 96 789 4448. You can also contact our sales staff directly via Whatsapp number. We have an professional team expertising in languages such as English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Russian to support you the best
3. Confirm your final decision with us regarding types, description and quantity
4. We will send order confirmation with invoice
5. You confirm the invoice and make payment. Our factory will start making when we got your money
6. Our factory will update  your status of hair production everyday. You can video call to us anytime to see your product in our factory (This privilege is just applied in our K-Hair factory)
7. We make a video call for you to check the quantity of hair when we finish your production. We ONLY SHIP WHEN YOU ARE SATISFIED
8. Order will be packed properly before sending to Logistics Providers

Payment options: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank Transfer. To be specific, here are more details about payments applied for customers from different countries and regions:

Paying through bank transfer: You can make payment on your mobile phone app or at the bank, and the time needed is 2-4 days. This method is so reasonable.

Paying through Western Union: You can make payment on Western Union app or at WU Office in about 2-3 hours. Please make sure you choose the “cash pickup” payment method and “money in minutes” service type.

Paying through Onepay: This method is used when you have a Visa Card or Mastercard.

Paying through other methods: Remitly and RIA, etc. These methods are similar to bank transfer.

K-Hair payment policy for customers from different countries

International transaction fee: K-Hair is a Vietnamese operated company based in Hanoi, Vietnam, with shipping facilities worldwide. If you are ordering outside of Vietnam, your credit card company or bank might charge you a fee of $1-$10. This fee is not charged by K-Hair as it is charged directly by your bank because you are purchasing something outside of your country of origin.
